We want you to love your My Babiie fashion pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
